Kit Moynihan

Kit  Moynihan, born in London, and based in New York since 2016, is a SUNY Purchase graduate with a BFA in Directing and Editing. His debut short film, "Deep Pockets" (2023), was showcased at the New York International Short Film Festival, marking his entry into the film festival circuit. With a portfolio that includes music videos, commercials, and narrative short films, Kit is familiar with both the responsibilities of a Director and a Picture Editor. He contributed as an assistant editor to the anticipated feature "The Hand that Feeds," directed by Mtume Gant. Kit's dedication to his craft earned him a rare opportunity to TA for Iris Cahn at the SUNY Purchase Film Conservatory, where he also completed his BFA.
